Our Physician Assistants play a critical role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care, helping ensure patients receive timely evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment across a broad spectrum of mental health needs.
This role exists to provide high-quality clinical care, support patient access, and contribute to improved outcomes for individuals and communities we serve.
What You’ll Do
Patient Evaluation & Treatment

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with psychiatric conditions using evidence-based practices

Prescribe medications and/or psychotherapeutic interventions as appropriate

Deliver compassionate, patient-centered mental health care

Manage patient panels in a timely manner based on clinical acuity and best practices
Collaboration & Communication

Collaborate with mental health professionals, primary care providers, and family members as appropriate

Participate in interdisciplinary discussions to support comprehensive treatment planning

Maintain a professional, compassionate, and patient-centered approach in all interactions

Attend weekly Provider Rounds and monthly All-Staff meetings

Stay engaged with clinical and administrative communications across organizational platforms
Documentation & Compliance

Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records for all patient encounters

Ensure adherence to clinic policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Follow best practices in documentation, prescribing, and clinical care
Professional Development

Stay current with advancements in psychiatry, including emerging treatments and medications

Participate in continuing education and training opportunities

Continuously grow and refine clinical skills to provide high-quality care

Education, Experience & Requirements
-
Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant program
-
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies
-
Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants
-
State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physician Assistant
-
Experience diagnosing and treating a wide range of mental health conditions

Proficiency with electronic medical record systems

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

The pay range for this role is:
130,000 - 150,840 USD per year(Remote (United States))
