Physician Assistant

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Physician Assistant to join our Rheumatology team. Preference for a full time job. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background and prior clinical experience, preferably in internal medicine or medical specialties. As a PA, you will work collaboratively with physician and other healthcare professionals to provide efficient and high-quality patient care. Your role will involve obtaining detailed history, conducting physical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and developing treatment plans while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Can work in one of the three convenient locations- in Merritt Island, Melbourne or Palm Bay.

Duties

• Obtain detailed history and perform physical examinations.
• Expected to see 15-20 patients/day
• Order appropriate diagnostic evaluations and interpret medical data.
• Formulate a evidence based treatment plan and provide patient education.
• Maintain timely & accurate medical records and knowledge of ICD-10.
• Opportunity to do injections and other procedures but not required

Competitive base salary plus productivity based incentive bonus structure with a potential to earn >170k

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
