Lean Lab is a boutique weight loss and medical aesthetics clinic in Westlake Village specializing in medically supervised weight loss, body contouring, muscle sculpting, IV therapy, and regenerative health optimization.

The Role

PRN (as needed) position with in-person and virtual consultations. Perfect for a PA seeking flexible work in a premium boutique setting. As a new practice growing intentionally, the right candidate will have a clear path to permanent part-time or full-time as we scale.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and virtual weight loss and skin tightening consultations
• Develop individualized patient treatment plans
• Order and review labs as clinically appropriate
• Hormone optimization consultations a plus
• Administer or oversee IV therapy as needed
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation

Qualifications

• Current California PA license in good standing
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience
• Weight loss, aesthetics, or wellness medicine experience preferred
• IV therapy and hormone therapy experience a plus
• Comfortable with telehealth consultations
• Professional demeanor consistent with a luxury practice
