Premier Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation is seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient musculoskeletal and rehabilitation practice.

This position offers an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced PM&R physicians, pain management specialists, orthopedic surgeons, and physical therapists in a collaborative environment focused on helping patients recover from injury and return to function.

We welcome both experienced Physician Assistants and motivated new graduates who are eager to learn.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate and treat patients with musculoskeletal injuries and pain conditions
• Perform follow-up visits and reassess treatment progress
• Develop treatment plans under physician supervision
• Order and review diagnostic studies
• Coordinate care with physical therapists, pain management physicians, orthopedic specialists, and referring providers
• Assist with medical documentation and patient education
• Participate in multidisciplinary management of patients involved in motor vehicle accidents, workers' compensation cases, and general orthopedic conditions

Compensation

$75-$95 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Typical schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shift only
• No nights

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Current New York State PA license (or eligibility)
• NCCPA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in musculoskeletal medicine, rehabilitation, orthopedics, sports medicine, pain management, or occupational medicine
