· Give counsel to patients of primary care by offering diverse treatment options and informing the patient on the treatment procedures. This is to help their expectations of the days ahead.

· Identify and provide treatment for health-related cases concerning obesity.

· Offering Nutrional and medical assistance to patients of obesity

· Provide helpful resources on the patient and patient’s families to enhance positive results.

· Carry patients and their families along on treatment plan, procedures, and possible outcome.

· Observe and record the patient’s progress regularly.

· provide wellness visits for ages 5+

Bilingual is a plus

Job Types: Contract, Full-time

Pay: $110,000.00 - $118,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Family Medicine: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish or other language? (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (Required)
