Physician Assistant - Certified

Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Physician Assistant - Certified to join our healthcare team. Duties

• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and patient assessments to determine health status and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer injections and following aseptic techniques and safety protocols.
• Manage acute pain cases, triage emergency situations, and provide urgent and primary care services with confidence and professionalism.
• Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate data collection, medical records management, and documentation of clinical encounters.
• Assist with diagnostic evaluations including EKGs and laboratory tests.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) from an accredited program with valid licensure to practice in the state.
• Proven experience in primary, family, and/or urgent care settings.
• Strong proficiency with eClinicalWorks; experience with medical coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) and CPT coding is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated skills in suturing, injection administration, and aseptic technique.
• Knowledge of physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, and medical terminology essential for accurate patient assessment and diagnostic evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills for patient education on health coaching topics such as family planning or behavioral health counseling.
• Commitment to maintaining HIPAA compliance and ensuring patient safety through meticulous data management and documentation standards. Pay: $50.00 - $65.00 per hour
