Physician Assistant - Certified

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic urgent and primary care environment. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality medical care to a diverse patient population, addressing both acute and chronic health needs with empathy and expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose/manage illnesses, and interpret diagnostic tests
• Develop treatment plans and perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, splinting)
• Provide preventive care, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
• Educate patients, manage follow‑ups, and provide telemedicine services
• Document in EMR and prescribe medications
• Engage in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
• Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and ethical standards

Requirements:

• PA degree and current NY license
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Infection Control
• EMR proficiency; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
• Team‑oriented, patient‑focused mindset

Compensation:

• Competitive base salary plus monthly RVU‑based bonuses:
• $10 per sick visit above threshold
• $5 per follow‑up above threshold
• $10 per CCM patient
