We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our multidisciplinary team in a dynamic urgent and primary care environment. In this role, you will deliver high‑quality medical care to a diverse patient population, addressing both acute and chronic health needs with empathy and expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive exams, diagnose/manage illnesses, and interpret diagnostic tests
- Develop treatment plans and perform minor procedures (suturing, wound care, splinting)
- Provide preventive care, screenings, and lifestyle counseling
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Educate patients, manage follow‑ups, and provide telemedicine services
- Document in EMR and prescribe medications
- Engage in continuing education and quality improvement initiatives
- Uphold HIPAA, confidentiality, and ethical standards
Requirements:
- PA degree and current NY license
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, Infection Control
- EMR proficiency; bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
- Team‑oriented, patient‑focused mindset
Compensation:
- Competitive base salary plus monthly RVU‑based bonuses:
- $10 per sick visit above threshold
- $5 per follow‑up above threshold
- $10 per CCM patient
