Overview
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated Physician Assistant - Certified to join our dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver expert patient care, support clinical procedures, and contribute to advancing urological health through evidence-based practices. The ideal candidate will possess extensive clinical experience, strong technical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Duties

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and vital signs, to inform diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Assist in performing diagnostic evaluations, including imaging interpretation and laboratory data analysis, utilizing EMR systems such as Epic and eClinicalWorks.
• Administer injections, perform suturing, and manage procedures like catheterizations, cystoscopies, and minor surgical interventions within aseptic techniques.
• Educate patients on health coaching topics including medication administration, nutrition, family planning, addiction counseling, and post-discharge discharge planning.

Skills

• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with procedures
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams; ability to educate patients on complex health topics confidently.

Pay: $58,154.28 - $75,000.00 per year
