Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Full-Time / Part-Time

Doctors of Bellevue–Redmond is a growing primary care clinic seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services (preventive, acute, and chronic care)
• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions
• Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans
• Perform minor in-office procedures as appropriate
• Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete EMR documentation (within 24–48 hours)
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Follow clinic protocols, compliance, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Active Washington State Physician Assistant license
• Active DEA license
• NCCPA certification required
• Minimum 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred (primary care experience is a plus)
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage patient flow efficiently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems
• Commitment to completing charts and documentation on time

Pay: $74,094.70 - $180,000.00 per year
