Physician Assistant – Local Hormone Therapy Clinic Partnership Opportunity - Hildale Utah

About the Role:
MultiGen Wellness is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant licensed in Utah with a DEA registration who is skilled in male and female hormone therapy.

This is a contract-based role focused on patient consultations for hormone optimization, including testosterone therapy, women’s hormone balance, and ongoing care management.

You will be seeing patients through a combination of:

• In-person visits at a local walk-in clinic in Hildale, Utah (scheduled days)
• Telemedicine consultations for ongoing and remote patients

This role is ideal for a provider who wants flexibility, autonomy, and performance-based income without administrative burden.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct hormone therapy consultations (men & women)
• Evaluate labs and create treatment plans
• Prescribe and manage hormone therapy protocols
• Provide follow-up care and patient optimization
• Maintain proper documentation and compliance

Schedule Structure:

• In-person clinic days (scheduled / appointment-only)
• Telemedicine visits (flexible scheduling)
• Mix of new patient consults and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Active Utah PA license
• Active DEA registration
• Proven experience in hormone therapy (HRT/TRT) for both men and women
• Comfortable with telemedicine platforms
• Strong patient communication and clinical decision-making skills

Compensation:

• $30 per patient consult
• Contract (1099)
• Volume-based income (higher earnings with increased patient flow)
