Physician Assistant/ Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who wants a long-term career home with a supportive, positive team.

• Joint injections- experience a MUST.

Trigger Point Injections

• Regenerative medicine

• IV therapy

• Medical weight loss

Schedule

4 days per week

9 AM – 7 PM

No weekends
