Job Summary
Quintana Family Medical is an independently owned, well-established primary care practice serving the Lindenhurst community and surrounding areas for 20+ years. Our clinical approach emphasizes preventive medicine, continuity of care, and long-term health management, with a focus on maintaining patient health and overall well-being.

This role is well suited for an experienced Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner who values clinical autonomy, continuity of care, and practicing medicine in a thoughtful, patient-centered outpatient setting.

We are seeking an experienced clinician to join our outpatient primary care team. This position offers income stability, a collaborative and supportive clinical environment, and the opportunity for long-term professional growth within a physician-led practice.

Responsibilities

  • Perform annual physicals and comprehensive patient assessments
  • Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and chronic disease management
  • Manage acute and chronic conditions in an outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement long-term treatment and prevention plans
  • Order and interpret labs and diagnostic imaging
  • Document care in eClinicalWorks
  • Coordinate care with physicians and community specialists.
  • Maintain HIPAA and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

  • PA-C , ANP or FNP with full, unrestricted New York State license
  • Active, unrestricted DEA registration
  • Minimum of 3 years Primary care experience required
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • No overnight shifts, no call
  • Some Saturdays
  • In-person position in Lindenhurst, NY
