Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Longevity & Preventative Medicine

Job Summary (PLEASE READ)

We are one of Beverly Hills’ premier concierge longevity clinics seeking an experienced, clinically excellent Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. You will work directly alongside our Medical Director, conducting comprehensive evaluations and delivering highly personalized, optimization-focused care to an elite patient population.

This is a high-expectation, high-performance role for a clinician who is deeply passionate about longevity medicine, advanced diagnostics, and delivering care at the highest level of precision and service.

Key Requirements

• Willing and able to perform house calls
• Comfortable participating in a rotating weekend call schedule (shared with other PAs and NPs)
• Flexible and available for overnight on-call coverage as needed
• Position is fully in-person
• Strong IV skills are required, must be highly proficient and confident initiating IV access
• Cardiac experience is a major plus
• Strong, polished, professional patient-facing presence with excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a high-touch, concierge-style care environment
• Demonstrated ability to work with high-profile, VIP, and executive-level clientele (including CEOs, entertainers, and public figures) while maintaining the highest level of professionalism, discretion, and respect at all times
• Comfortable delivering care in a concierge environment requiring elevated communication standards, privacy awareness, and bedside manner

Qualifications

• Active Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in good standing
• Strong proficiency with EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks, etc.)
• Preferred background in cardiology, ICU, Level I/II trauma, or critical care environments
• Experience in acute care settings such as ER or urgent care strongly preferred
• Familiarity with ICD-10 coding and CPT procedure documentation
• Strong foundation in physiology, diagnostics, and clinical reasoning
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in longevity medicine, peptides, functional medicine, and wellness optimization
• Familiarity with hospital protocols including infection control and HIPAA compliance
• Telehealth experience is a plus
• PLASMA INFUSION EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, assessments, and follow-up visits
• Interpret advanced diagnostics including labs, imaging, and cardiovascular testing
• Develop individualized care plans in close collaboration with the Medical Director
• Provide ongoing patient education, coaching, and lifestyle optimization guidance
• Support and administer longevity-focused therapies and optimization protocols
• Communicate complex clinical information with clarity and a concierge-level bedside manner
• Perform physical exams, diagnostic evaluations, medication administration, IV infusion and patient assessments confidently

Compensation

$90.00 – $130.00 per hour

Pay: $90.00 - $130.00 per hour
