Care Station Medical Group, a well-established and growing multi-specialty practice with offices in Linden, Springfield, West Orange, Secaucus, Garwood, and Succasunna, NJ, is seeking an experienced Dermatology Physician Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexible full-time or part-time scheduling and will be based out of our Linden office but also working in our Springfield and West Orange offices.

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant with a minimum of 5 years experience providing medical dermatological care. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while growing your own panel of patients and contributing to the continued expansion of our services.

Schedule:
This position offers flexibility, with availability expected during our standard Monday through Friday hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Exact shifts may vary depending on clinic needs and candidate availability.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive skin exams and patient consultations
• Diagnose and manage common dermatologic conditions (e.g., acne, eczema, psoriasis, rosacea, skin infections)
• Conduct minor dermatologic procedures, including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and lesion removal
• Counsel patients on skincare, prevention, and treatment plans
• Document patient encounters accurately in the electronic medical record
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of dermatologic treatments and best practices

• Competitive compensation package: $132,000 – $187,000/year (based on experience and schedule)

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant (NCCPA) Or Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DNPCB) Dermatology Nurse Practitioner Certification Board (DNPCB)
• CAQ in Dermatology is preferred but not required for candidates with experience.
• Minimum 5 years experience in dermatology
• Excellent communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
