Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in ED

The Ultimate Care Emergency Physicians, LLC at Wood County Hospital is looking for a full-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join their private group.

Responsibilities (include but not limited to)

· Candidate must maintain excellent communication skills with all members of the healthcare team

· Assessing and treating patients of all ages

· Obtaining comprehensive patient histories and performing physical examinations

· Ordering and performing routine diagnostic studies

· Developing and implementing treatment plans

· Recording patient data in medical records

· Performs all duties in compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications

· Must have license as a PA or APN in the state of Ohio, current CTP and DEA eligibility

· Prior experience in emergency medicine is preferred
