Physician Assistant (PA-C) / Nurse Practitioner (NP)

ProActive Pain & Neurology and ProActive Primary Care are seeking a full-time PA or NP to join our outpatient specialty practice in Cumberland, Maryland. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in pain management and general neurology OR primary care with structured training, strong senior clinician collaboration, and excellent MA/LPN support

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP in Maryland, or eligible
• Interest in pain management and neurology or Primary Care (NP only)
• Relevant experience preferred; strong candidates with transferable experience considered
