Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage a broad range of rheumatologic conditions (under physician supervision)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management
• Perform joint injections and minor in-office procedures (training provided)
• Educate patients on disease management and lifestyle modifications
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Qualifications

• Active and valid Arizona PA license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in related field
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused approach
• Team-oriented with excellent communication abilities

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually

(Based on experience and negotiable for the right candidate)
