The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine is a well-established, progressive practice founded in 2003. We specialize in treating complex chronic illness, including Lyme disease, tick-borne infections, and mold exposure, using an evidence-based integrative approach.

This role is designed for clinicians who want balance, autonomy, and the ability to practice medicine with intention—outside of a hospital setting.

Work Schedule & Practice Environment

• Monday–Friday outpatient schedule
• No nights, no weekends, no on-call responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and follow-up visits
• Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and clinical staff
• Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and long-term health
• Maintain clear, accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary care team

Who We’re Looking For

• Licensed Physician Associate (PA-C) in New York (or eligible prior to start date)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Interest in integrative and functional medicine
• Experience with Lyme disease or tick-borne illness is a plus, not required
• Team-oriented, patient-focused clinician
