We are the Premier Multi-Specialty Group in Thousand Oaks, CA with a focus on Primary Care and Wellness.

- Provide primary care to patients from young adults to the elderly (16 years and older)
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and assessments
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
- Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
- Educate patients on disease prevention, health promotion, and management of chronic conditions
- Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as necessary
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records

Qualifications:
- Valid and unrestricted Physician Assistant license for California
- Experience is preferred , however new grads will be considered.
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards and best practices
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems. (EMR)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of infection control protocols
