We are actively seeking highly qualified, American board-certified Expert Witnesses to join our esteemed panel. Our experts are recognized leaders in their field, excelling not only in the technical aspects of their specialization but also in effectively conveying complex matters to attorneys, judges, and juries in medico-legal disputes via Independent Medical Exams, medical reports and trials/depositions as needed.
Please note, this is not a salaried position. All remuneration will be on a per case/services rendered basis.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Review medical records and other relevant documents related to the case (these will be submitted in a searchable, indexed format for ease of review before the exam date)

Prepare detailed reports to present findings and opinions while meeting client-supplied deadlines

Testify in court proceedings, depositions, and pre-trial conferences as needed

Stay updated with the latest developments in your field of expertise

Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professionalism during testimony

Be available for consultations and case discussions with the hiring attorney as needed
Qualifications
- An active American Board certification in your field

No malpractice payments on file

An active state license with no actions on file
