Vision Technology Inc. is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for an urgent hire with expedited credentialing. The ideal candidate will have recent clinical experience and the ability to work in a high-demand outpatient setting. This is a critical role supporting Colorectal Surgery, Oncology, Surgery, and Wound Care teams.
Qualifications

Graduate of an approved Master of Physician Assistant Studies (or higher) program accredited by the Accreditation Review Commission; OR
-
Graduate of a Master of Science in Nursing (or higher) program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).

Foreign medical graduates must pass the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) exam.

Must meet all Continuing Medical Education (CME) requirements.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ALS) certifications from the American Heart Association (AHA).

Certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA) OR, if an NP, certification through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

Must be board certified and eligible for employment per Alt 4048, NonPhysician Health Care Providers.

Current, valid, unrestricted medical license in at least one (1) U.S. state, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, or U.S. territory.

Active Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) registration number required (must correspond with license).

Compliance with applicable state and federal laws is required.

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as a PA or NP, with at least 1 year in a clinical setting within the past 2 years.

Prior experience in government healthcare facilities or public health preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.

Proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.

Excellent communication, organizational, and decisionmaking skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced outpatient environment.

Hours: MondayFriday, between 6:00 AM 6:00 PM

Shifts: Typically 8 hours, including a 3060 minute lunch break.

Ability to stand, walk, and perform procedures for extended periods.
