Physician - Family Medicine Clinic

TidalHealth is seeking a Board-Certified Family Medicine Physician to join our Family Medicine Clinic in Salisbury, Maryland. This unique position combines direct patient care with a strong teaching component, working alongside and mentoring family medicine residents. The role includes a balanced mix of outpatient and inpatient responsibilities, with no call requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to practice full-spectrum family medicine within a collaborative, education-driven environment dedicated to providing exceptional, community-focused care.

Opportunity Highlights:

• Salary range: $283,000 - $343,000 (commensurate with experience)
