Position: Female Duty Doctor
Location: pragya hospital
Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Care: Provide primary medical care, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments.
• Emergency Management: Handle emergency cases and ensure timely medical intervention.
• Rounds & Monitoring: Conduct regular patient rounds and update medical records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with nurses, specialists, and hospital staff for patient care.
• Medical Documentation: Maintain accurate records of treatments, prescriptions, and patient history.
• Counseling & Guidance: Provide medical advice and counseling to patients and their families.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to hospital policies and medical ethics.
• Shift Work: Be available for rotational shifts, including night duties if required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• MBBS (or equivalent medical degree) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license/registration.
• Experience in hospital/clinical settings preferred.
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in emergencies.
