• Schedule: 2 weeks/month (consecutive preferred), 8am 5pm, M F
• Job Setting: 95% outpatient / 5% inpatient
• Types of Cases: Hematology/Oncology consults and follow-ups
• Credentialing: Estimated 60 days

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified/Board Eligible: Yes
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS
• Licensure: Michigan license required (IMLC not accepted)
