Physician Opportunity – Integrative, Interdisciplinary Practice
Location: The Kaplan Center for Integrative Medicine, McLean, Virginia
Are you ready to join a medical practice dedicated to cutting-edge, whole-person care that includes advanced longevity and regenerative medicine approaches?

At The Kaplan Center, clinicians deliver comprehensive care across the lifespan, with a focus on extending healthspan, enhancing resilience, and preventing age-related decline.
Experience a fee-for-service, non-insurance setting that gives you the autonomy to spend meaningful time with your patients and implement individualized, multimodal treatment strategies.

About the Practice

  • Our integrative, interdisciplinary team uses “The Kaplan Method,” blending conventional, functional, and lifestyle medicine with innovative, evidence-based therapies for complex chronic disease, immune dysregulation, chronic pain, and anti-aging.
  • We are at the forefront of longevity science, including biological age assessment, nutrition optimization, and interventions to prevent and reverse age-associated dysfunction.
  • The practice is nationally recognized for excellence in musculoskeletal medicine, chronic pain, and neuroimmune conditions.

Position Highlights

  • Strongly seeking physicians with advanced training in musculoskeletal medicine; extensive experience with OMT, regenerative interventions, or physical medicine is particularly valued.
  • Work collaboratively with a team of physicians, PTs, acupuncturists, psychotherapists, nutrition clinicians, and more.
  • Perfect for physicians with an existing patient base interested in a merger or for a driven new graduate with an aptitude for patient retention and community-building.

Key Qualifications

  • Background or fellowship in longevity, regenerative, or preventive medicine is a major plus.
  • Expertise in musculoskeletal medicine, particularly proficiency in OMT or other manual therapies, is highly desired.
  • Passion for individualized, root-cause resolution and a high-touch, patient-centered model.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and motivation to grow within a fee-for-service structure.
  • Board certification (MD/DO); fellowship or advanced credentials in integrative medicine, musculoskeletal medicine, or OMT welcome.

Practice Model and Benefits

  • Freedom from insurance constraints, with a direct-pay practice model for optimal patient care.
  • Leadership in longevity, musculoskeletal, and neuroimmune medicine.
  • Attractive, transparent compensation; flexible scheduling; streamlined administration.
  • Opportunity for practice merger, leadership, and active participation in innovation and clinical education.

If you thrive within an innovative team, aspire to help patients achieve exceptional outcomes in longevity and musculoskeletal health, and value the autonomy to practice medicine the way it should be, we want to hear from you.
Contact us for a confidential discussion about joining the Kaplan Center’s next era of patient-centered, integrative care.
