Work with professional interdisciplinary care team including Nurse Practitioners, nurses, home health aids and pastoral care providers. Weekday position - Monday through Friday. Telephone call only for after-hours and weekends. Great location offers easy access to NY City, Long Island beaches and many colleges and educational options.
