Duties and Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate operating communities, to determine opportunities for marketing initiatives, aligned with business goals
- Develop and communicate marketing strategies with Executive Leadership Team monthly
- Build and sustain positive brand recognition throughout operating communities, primarily with physicians, staff and community
- Create and maintain healthy and positive client relationships within all existing and new operating communities as a company representative via “on brand” messaging aligned with IPAs approach to assisting patients in their pain journey and advanced procedures availability
- Partner appropriately with internal business colleagues, AP representatives, and community outreach representatives to drive marketing initiatives
- Create internal programs to manage marketing efforts
- Utilize tracking software (Sales Force) to record marketing efforts daily
- Reporting performance metrics at the end of Week, Month, and Year
- Develop financial plan with Executive Leadership Team for marketing efforts
- Develop and execute “on brand” social media presence aligned with marketing and company driven campaigns
- Vigorously track and sustain marketing objectives and deadlines

What we need from you:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field or the equivalent of years in marketing experience
- At least 2 years of marketing experience
Working Conditions
- Monday-Thursday 7AM-5PM CST
- Office setting and travel required

- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for long periods of time.
