Location: Clinton, IA

Pay: $290,100 annually

Shift: Days Clinic hours: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Family Physicians team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Join a busy outpatient family medicine practice with team of 3 physicians and 6 advanced practice providers
• Provide full-time outpatient primary care during Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm clinic hours
• Participate in shared call coverage on a 1:4 rotation
• Build and develop patient panel to desired size
• Serve loyal, longtime patient base with opportunity to expand service in the community
• Work in clinic supported by onsite lab services
• Collaborate with supporting specialties including urology, podiatry, surgery, cardiology, radiation oncology and hospitalists
• Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine
• Obtain and maintain Iowa medical license
• Maintain clean malpractice and licensing history
• Commence full-time outpatient practice with shared call responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Family Physicians experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
