Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Neonatologist team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Provide neonatal care in a 6-bed Level II special care nursery
• Work 24-hour shifts with block scheduling and flexible out-of-house call schedule
• Collaborate with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to cover newborn nursery
• Deliver family-centered quality healthcare
• Provide sub-specialty support as needed
• Participate in CQI and clinical research projects
• Exchange best practices and ideas with network providers
• Maintain Board Certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• Maintain valid state licensure
• Obtain and maintain DEA registration prior to start
• Complete provider clearance requirements on facility-specific basis

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Neonatologist experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
