Physician (MD) - Neonatologist
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $250,000 annually
Shift: Varied 12-hour in-house shifts. 15 per month for full-time status.
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Neonatologist team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide board-certified, fellowship-trained neonatology services in level III NICU settings
- Deliver evidence-based quality care to newborns with specialized medical needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team including pediatric subspecialists such as neurologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, gastroenterologists and surgeons
- Utilize cutting-edge neonatal services including high frequency ventilation, body cooling, and inhaled nitric oxide therapy
- Work with pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric surgery
- Participate in teaching and continuous quality improvement opportunities
- Work 12-hour in-house shifts with 15 shifts per month for full-time status
- Maintain Board Certification in Pediatrics and Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Complete fellowship training in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine prior to start
- Obtain and maintain Nevada medical license
- Obtain DEA registration prior to start
- Obtain CSR/CDS certification prior to start
- Maintain clean malpractice and license history
- Provide comprehensive neonatal care across multiple hospital locations as needed
Qualifications:
- Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Neonatologist experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
