Location: Columbus, OH

Pay: $285,000 annually

Shift: Days Clinic Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; in-office 3 to 3.5 days, 1 day in OR

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Obstetricians and Gynecologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Provide obstetrical care and gynecological surgery, including robotic procedures
• Split time between clinic duties (3-3.5 days/week) and OR procedures (1 day/week)
• Participate in 1:4 to 1:5 shared call rotation, including weekends
• Collaborate with supportive team in traditional clinic + call model
• Work at location strategically situated between two medical facilities with MFM support and Level III NICUs
• Engage in resident education through OB/GYN residency program (teaching opportunity available but not required)
• Maintain hospital proximity by residing within 30 minutes of hospitals
• Maintain Board Certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Maintain valid state licensure and DEA certification
• Maintain clean malpractice and license history

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Obstetricians and Gynecologists experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
