Location: Cincinnati, OH

Pay: Negotiable

Shift: Days Monday-Friday (3 days office, 2 days surgery)

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Obstetricians and Gynecologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Provide comprehensive OB/GYN services, including deliveries, surgery, and outpatient care
• Deliver at hospital facility with Level II NICU and MFM support collaboration
• Work Monday-Friday schedule with 3 days of office hours and 2 days in surgery
• Participate in 1:6 shared call rotation
• Partner and collaborate with certified nurse-midwives
• Serve the Cincinnati east-side community as part of patient-centered health system
• Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Maintain active Ohio medical license
• Maintain DEA registration
• Maintain clean malpractice and license history
• Provide standard weekend coverage based on call rotation schedule

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Obstetricians and Gynecologists experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
