Location: Clinton, IA

Pay: $300,000 annually

Shift: Days Days Monday-Friday 8:00 am -5:00 pm + shared call. Clinic/OR/OB call

Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Obstetricians and Gynecologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:

• Collaborate with the FM/OB group for comprehensive patient care
• Provide clinic services Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Handle OR duties and procedures
• Manage OB call responsibilities
• Participate in shared call coverage with 1:4 weekend and on-call ratio
• Provide inpatient care and conduct patient rounds
• Deliver outpatient services
• Travel to multiple locations and clinics as needed
• Document patient care using Cerner Inpatient and eClinicalWorks Outpatient systems
• Support facility's aim in growing the OB/GYN service line
• Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in OB/GYN
• Obtain and maintain Iowa medical license
• Complete NRP and AWOHN Fetal Monitoring certifications
• Maintain clean malpractice record without cases requiring supervision

Qualifications:

• Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
• Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Obstetricians and Gynecologists experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
