Physician (MD) - Otolaryngologists
Location: Fort Collins, CO
Pay: $413,000 - $459,000 annually
Shift: Days 4 day work week - 3 days clinic, 1 day OR
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Otolaryngologists team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.
Note: This is a direct placement opportunity. Travelers will not be considered for this role. The selected candidate will be hired directly by our client. Benefits and other employment terms may vary.
Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide otolaryngology services in outpatient, inpatient, and clinic settings
- Build a general ENT practice with emphasis in Otology or Laryngology
- See 20-25 patients per day in clinic with 40 minutes for new patients and 20 minutes for follow-ups
- Work 4-day schedule with 3 days in clinic and 1 day in OR
- Participate in clinic call schedule evenly divided between providers and managed from home
- Take own patient clinic calls unless out of town
- Provide weekend coverage on 1:2 schedule with low volume call
- Utilize EPIC documentation system/EMR for patient records
- Collaborate with two audiologists and one APP in patient-centered practice
- Maintain Board Certification or achieve Board Certification within 3 years if Board Eligible
- Maintain valid Colorado medical license
- Obtain and maintain DEA registration
- Participate in continuing medical education activities
- Provide highest level of service and medical care to patients
- Work within integrated, multi-specialty health system
Qualifications:
- Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Otolaryngologists experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
