Physician (MD) - Pediatricians
Location: Las Vegas, NV
Pay: $100,000 - $200,000 annually
Shift: Varied Varied shifts - combination of in-house and call from home
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Physician (MD) to join the Pediatricians team of a respected healthcare organization. This role is ideal for healthcare professionals looking to work in a collaborative environment that prioritizes patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities/Job Requirements:
- Provide inpatient pediatric hospitalist services with at least 1 year of current hospitalist experience
- Maintain Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Pediatrics within 5 years of eligibility
- Work varied shifts including combination of in-house and call from home coverage
- Manage average daily census of 25-30 patients on 46-bed pediatric floor
- Collaborate with team of 8 Pediatric Hospitalists
- Coordinate care with affiliated pediatric intensivists, emergency medicine physicians, and neonatology practice
- Work with pediatric sub-specialty support services
- Participate in academic affiliation activities with rotating residents when applicable
- Maintain valid Nevada medical license
- Obtain and maintain DEA certification prior to start
- Obtain and maintain CSR/CDS certification prior to start
- Provide 12 months of case logs from hospital setting during interview process
- Maintain clean malpractice and license history
- Complete provider clearance requirements on facility-specific basis
Qualifications:
- Active Physician (MD) license in good standing (state-specific)
- Minimum of 1-3 years of relevant Pediatricians experience preferred
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
