Physician (MD/DO) – Post-Acute Care | Pensacola, FL

Physician Services Group (PSG) is expanding in Pensacola and seeking a dedicated Physician to join our growing Post-Acute Care team.

Enjoy a weekday-only schedule, caring for patients in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Rehab settings. Choose between full-time (5 days/week) or part-time (3 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care: admissions, follow-ups, and scheduled Medicare visits.
• Manage long-term and acute treatment plans for a stable post-acute population.
• Lead and support Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants on-site.
• Collaborate with facility teams to deliver comprehensive, quality care.
• Document visits and billing through EMR with appropriate coding.

Qualifications

• MD or DO (Board Certified/Eligible in a Primary Care specialty).
• Active Florida medical license and DEA.
• Strong knowledge of chronic and post-acute care.
• EMR and coding experience preferred.
• Leadership skills and ability to work independently.

Schedule

• Full-time: Monday–Friday, 5 days/week.
• Part-time: 3 days/week.
• 6–8 hour shifts, ~16 patients/day.
• No nights / weekends
