We are expanding into occupational and work medicine, building a multi-million-dollar service line designed to become the leading brand in the Southwest. We’re looking for a visionary physician partner to join us in this exciting journey.

The Opportunity

This is more than just a job—it’s a partnership with equity. We are searching for a physician with an orthopedic or sports medicine background who is eager to lead, innovate, and grow alongside us. Using our established infrastructure, extensive referral network, and operational resources, you will have minimal overhead while building a premier occupational medicine division.

When the platform is acquired by private equity, you participate in the upside with a significant payout.

What You’ll Do

• Treat patients in an occupational and sports medicine setting.
• Market and develop relationships with local businesses, employers, and industry partners.
• Lead and grow a comprehensive occupational and work medicine service line.
• Leverage Modern’s infrastructure and support team to focus on growth, patient care, and strategic initiatives.
• Shape the future of occupational medicine in the Southwest.

What We’re Looking For

• Board-certified/eligible physician with training or strong background in Orthopedics, Sports Medicine, or related specialties.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for business development and practice growth.
• Proven ability to build relationships with business leaders, employers, and referral sources.
• Desire to be a partner, not just an employee—ready to share in the rewards of growth and acquisition.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $250.00 - $400.00 per hour

License/Certification:

• Arizona Medical License (Required)
