TidalHealth, located in Millsboro, DE, is seeking an Otolaryngologist to join our expanding team at TidalHealth Millsboro Pavilion. We are part of a physician-led multi-specialty group that promotes quality care that is community driven. Our over 500 providers enjoy an outstanding work-life balance in this beautiful coastal region.

Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $475,000 – $600,000 (commensurate with experience and specialty)

• Eligibility for productivity and quality incentives

• Comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance

• Broad scope of practice with a special interest in allergy care

• Outpatient-focused schedule: Monday –Friday 8AM-5PM with dedicated operating room time
