Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physician specializing in Pain Management for Post Acute Care to join our team in Pinellas. This role is essential in enhancing patient recovery and comfort through effective pain management strategies, aligning with our commitment to quality healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients' pain levels and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized pain management strategies.
- Utilize EHR systems for accurate documentation and patient tracking.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in pain management practices.
- Qualifications
- Florida medical license.
- Board certification in Internal Med, Family Medicine with a certificate in pain management or willing to obtain the certificate in pain management i.e. American Pain association.
- Prefer experience in post-acute care settings.
- Strong knowledge of EHR systems and medical terminology. eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
- Bilingual preferred.
