Physician Practice Recruiter - Contract

Overview: We are seeking an experienced, proactive Physician Practice Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will act as a strategic partner, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for our expanding physician organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified physician practices ensuring a high-quality experience, and building a robust talent pipeline to meet our physician practice goals.

Essential Function(s) of the Position:

· Sourcing & Pipeline Development: Proactively source active and passive physician practices using advanced search techniques.

· Candidate Screening: Conduct in-depth phone and virtual interviews to assess clinical skills, cultural fit, and motivations.

· Full-Cycle Management: Manage the recruiting process from initial outreach to agreement execution.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with GMPN administration & staff to define organization needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

· Offer Negotiation: Act as the primary negotiator with practice candidates regarding services and agreements.

· System Maintenance: Document all candidate interactions and search progress in the Customer Relation Management (CRM) System.

· Onboarding Support: Coordinate with credentialing and administrative staff to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new practices.

Education/Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of recent experience in physician or provider recruitment, or physician practice sales, preferably within a private practice or health system setting.

Licensing/Certifications:

Valid Driver’s License.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

1. Skills: Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, and negotiating with physicians.

2. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office (Excel, Word), and social media platforms for clinical practice recruitment.

3. Independence: Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor, managing multiple, concurrent searches.

4. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Reporting Relationships:

Position reports to the Executive Director.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $78,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
