Correct Care Inc. is hiring a high-performing Physician Recruiter / Healthcare Recruiter to join our team onsite in Knoxville who knows how to hunt, close, and win.
This role is for someone who thrives on competition, enjoys building relationships with physicians, and is motivated by uncapped earning potential. If you track your numbers, push past quotas, and love closing deals, you’ll fit right in.

We provide clinical care and management services to Emergency Departments, Urgent Cares, Surgical Centers, and Hospitalist Programs. What You’ll Do (And Be Paid Well For)

  • Full-cycle physician recruiting: source, screen, recruit, close, and place providers
  • Cold call, text, email, and network relentlessly to build a strong pipeline of physicians
  • Develop relationships with physicians nationwide
  • Negotiate deals with confidence and urgency
  • Turn conversations into placements and placements into revenue
  • Maintain accurate candidate activity in the company CRM (ACT)
  • Hit targets, then raise them
  • Occasional attendance at local and national conventions, conferences, as well as site visits to hospitals in prospective states
  • Support staffing needs for Emergency Departments, Urgent Care centers, and Hospitalist programs
  • Partner with internal teams to fill open shifts and provider positions
  • Meet and exceed recruiting and placement goals
  • Outwork, out-hustle, and outperform your competition

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in recruiting, healthcare recruiting, staffing, or high-volume sales
  • Comfortable making high call volumes and closing deals
  • Competitive mindset. You play to win, not participate
  • Thick skin, high energy, and zero fear of rejection (“no” means “maybe”)
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • 100% commitment to his/her career
  • Experience in physician recruiting, medical recruiting, or healthcare staffing = a major plus
  • Ability to work on-site in our Knoxville, TN office
