Physician Recruitment Coordinator

Overview

Advanced Reconstructive Surgery Alliance (ARSA) and its affiliated practices represent the largest network of private plastic and reconstructive surgery practices in the country. Our physician-led model brings together top-tier surgeons, advanced clinical programs, and a shared commitment to delivering extraordinary outcomes and a five-star patient experience.

We are seeking an Physician Recruiter Coordinator to support end-to-end physician recruitment across ARSA’s growing network of pillar practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Communication & Scheduling

  • Coordinate candidate outreach, follow-ups, and interview scheduling
  • Manage calendars for interviews, screenings, and leadership meetings
  • Ensure candidates receive timely, accurate, and professional communication

Interview & Site Visit Logistics

  • Coordinate interview agendas and onsite visit itineraries
  • Arrange travel, lodging, and transportation for candidates
  • Partner with practices to ensure seamless and professional visit execution

ATS & Pipeline Management

  • Maintain 100% accuracy within the ATS (Monday.com)
  • Update candidate status, notes, and documentation in real time
  • Post and manage job listings to ensure accuracy and visibility

Onboarding Support

  • Support candidate transition from signed offer through start date
  • Coordinate credentialing handoffs with relevant teams
  • Maintain consistent pre-start communication to minimize candidate drop-off

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • 100% ATS data accuracy
  • Candidate response time within 24 business hours
  • Zero missed logistics for interviews and site visits
  • Job postings consistently current and accurate
  • Demonstrated understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
  • Consistently positive feedback from candidates and internal stakeholders

Qualifications (Suggested)

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative coordination
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Monday.com preferred) is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary Range: $68,000–$75,000 annually, (Starting rate within this range varies based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
