Physician - Rheumatology

**Job Description:**

This position offers a flexible work schedule with the option for extended morning or evening hours.

**Schedule Options:**

• Both part-time and full-time schedules are available: 2-5 days per week with day lengths of 8, 10, or 12 hours.

• Additional structure includes a Week On/Week Off system, operating from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays, and 4 hours on Saturdays.

• The role includes 24-hour in-house Hospitalist services, presenting a diverse spectrum of interesting and complex cases.

This position is 100% outpatient, with optional inpatient specialist consultations available.

The practice and team are committed to providing robust support.

Physicians will enjoy autonomy with input regarding schedules, patient volumes, and practice operations, allowing for meaningful interactions with patients who value their care.

Local administration facilitates decision-making within BV Hospital in Findlay, and leadership is actively engaged, seeking input from the staff. There exists strong and accessible subspecialty support, along with opportunities for providing and receiving mentorship.

Submissions are welcomed from both new graduates and experienced physicians.

This is a permanent position that may necessitate residency within the immediate local vicinity; relocation may also be required and will be discussed during the interview process.

Candidates must possess Board Eligibility (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certification in Rheumatology, which is a requirement.

An Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain one) is also required, as is DEA certification prior to the commencement of employment.

Additionally, candidates must have a clean malpractice history and maintained licenses.
