At Columbia Orthopaedic Group, we’re seeking a motivated and dependable Physician Support team member to assist in our busy orthopaedic spine practice. This opportunity is ideal for pre-med, pre-PA, or other students pursuing a healthcare career who are eager to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in a collaborative clinical environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and stock exam rooms with necessary supplies

• Room patients for the spine surgeon and physician assistant

• Take and record vitals accurately

• Update and maintain patient information in the electronic medical record

• Prepare x-ray orders and upload diagnostic imaging studies

• Provide general assistance to the clinical team as needed

Schedule

• Tuesday afternoons (option to work all day Tuesday)

• Thursday: Full day

• Friday: Mornings

• Some scheduling flexibility may be available for the right candidate

• Preference given to candidates available during summer months

• A candidate pursuing a healthcare-related career (pre-med, pre-PA, nursing, etc.)

• Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to patient care

• Previous healthcare experience is preferred, but not required
