Job Description & Requirements Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 9 Pay Rate: $209.52 - $226.80 This facility is seeking an Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need. Details and requirements for this opportunity: Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p Practice Setting: Outpatient Types of Cases: General Obstetrics and Gynecology cases Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Electronic Medical Record (EMR): EPIC Certifications Required: Must have Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA) Licensure Required: Must be Board Certified, must have active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC LoQ) or active Washington License Facility Location Surrounded by snow-covered peaks and sparkling bays, Seattle is one of the West s most alluring cities.
