Overview
We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed Internal Medicine Physician to serve as the clinical owner of a physician-led PLLC within a modern, prevention-focused practice. The physician will lead all clinical care, provide internal medicine services, and oversee simple, non-invasive diagnostic testing designed to detect disease early and reduce long-term chronic illness burden.

The practice is built around a proactive philosophy: maximize preventive interventions, identify risk early, and deliver care that meaningfully improves long-term health outcomes. Non-clinical operations are fully supported by a separate Management Services Organization (MSO), allowing you to focus on patient care while maintaining full and independent medical judgment.

This role is ideal for the young optimistic physician looking for clinical autonomy, enjoys direct patient interaction, and wants to practice in a setting that prioritizes prevention, early detection, and long-term wellness.

Responsibilities

  • Provide internal medicine care with strong emphasis on preventive interventions, chronic disease risk reduction, and early detection
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR
  • Establish and refine clinical standards, protocols, and quality measures aligned with a prevention-first model
  • Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients, especially older adults, regarding risk, lifestyle, and preventive strategies
  • Supervise and guide clinical staff as required by Massachusetts regulations

Qualifications

  • MD or DO trained in Internal Medicine
  • Active or in-process Massachusetts medical license
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible
  • Strong interest in preventive medicine, early disease detection, and evidence-based risk mitigation
  • Comfortable adopting simple diagnostic workflows
  • Excellent communication and patient-education skills
  • Detail-oriented, professional, and committed to high-quality patient care
  • Willingness to serve as clinical owner of the PLLC

Practice Structure

  • Physician owns and controls the PLLC that delivers all medical services
  • MSO provides non-clinical operations support: scheduling, staffing, revenue-cycle, logistics, administration
  • Physician retains complete clinical authority at all times

What We Offer

  • A successful practice built around prevention, early detection, and long-term health improvement
  • Minimal administrative burden — enable the physician to focus on clinical care
  • Flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time)
  • Training on diagnostic workflows and prevention-centered care tools
  • Supportive, low-stress, patient-centered environment
  • Opportunity to shape the clinical culture of a prevention-first internal medicine practice

How to Apply

Please submit your CV and a brief statement about your clinical approach and interest in leading a physician-owned, prevention-focused practice.
