The ideal candidates should be well-versed with the CBSE curriculum for Primary Grades, skilled in using modern teaching technologies, and committed to delivering high-quality education that promotes conceptual understanding and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Responsibilities

• Teach Physics/Chemistry as per CBSE curriculum and guidelines
• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with learning outcomes
• Ensure strong conceptual clarity through practical examples and real-life applications
• Prepare students for school examinations, board exams, and competitive readiness
• Conduct assessments, assignments, unit tests, and practical evaluations
• Maintain accurate academic records, grades, and student progress reports

Technology Integration

• Use smart boards, digital content, presentations, simulations, and online platforms for effective teaching
• Incorporate ICT tools, virtual labs, and e-learning resources into daily instruction
• Adapt teaching strategies for blended or digital learning environments
• Stay updated with new educational technologies and CBSE digital initiatives

Student Development

• Identify individual learning needs and provide academic support or remedial classes
• Encourage analytical thinking, problem-solving, and scientific temperament
• Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment
• Guide students in projects, experiments, and practical work

Professional Responsibilities

• Participate in academic planning, curriculum reviews, and staff meetings
• Collaborate with colleagues for interdisciplinary learning
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress
• Engage in continuous professional development and CBSE training programs
• Uphold school policies, values, and professional ethics

Eligibility & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physics/Chemistry (B.Ed preferred)
• Experience teaching CBSE curriculum preferred
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
