Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Physics Teacher to teach senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) as per the CBSE curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, conceptual clarity, and the ability to inspire curiosity and analytical thinking in students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Physics (Theory & Practical) to Classes XI and XII as per the CBSE syllabus.
- Prepare lesson plans, lab manuals, experiments, and demonstrations to make learning engaging and application-based.
- Ensure conceptual understanding through interactive teaching methods, discussions, and problem-solving sessions.
- Conduct regular assessments, tests, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Prepare students for board exams, competitive exams (JEE/NEET), and school assessments.
- Maintain lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and promote hands-on learning.
- Keep updated with the latest developments in Physics education and CBSE guidelines.
- Collaborate with the science department for inter-disciplinary projects, exhibitions, and events.
- Foster curiosity, critical thinking, and scientific temper among students.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- M.Sc. in Physics with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Ph.D. or M.Phil. in Physics (preferred, not mandatory)
- Experience:
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience teaching Physics at the senior secondary level (CBSE preferred).
- Fresh postgraduates with strong communication and teaching skills may also apply.
- Skills:
- Deep understanding of the CBSE Physics curriculum.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to use digital tools, smart boards, and simulations effectively.
- Passionate about student engagement and mentoring.
