Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver clear, structured, and engaging lessons in Physics.
- Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the school curriculum and board guidelines (CBSE/ICSE/State Board).
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, demonstrations, and lab experiments to explain complex concepts.
- Assess and evaluate students’ performance through tests, assignments, and projects.
- Maintain student records and provide feedback for academic improvement.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations.
- Supervise and manage practical laboratory sessions and ensure safety protocols.
- Encourage student participation in science fairs, competitions, and related activities.
- Collaborate with other faculty members for interdisciplinary projects and events.
- Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development programs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Physics or related field.
- B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification (mandatory/preferred as per school policy).
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong subject knowledge and passion for Physics.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to make complex topics easy and interesting.
- Good command of laboratory procedures and equipment handling.
- Technologically proficient (use of smart boards, simulations, etc.).
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience preferred (freshers with strong subject skills may also apply).
