Physics Teacher

Ziel Classes is looking for a qualified (full-time & work from office) Physics teacher to join the team. The ideal candidate must have a post-graduate degree and experience in teaching Physics to secondary school students of national and international curricula.

Work Days & Duration: Monday to Saturday, 12PM - 9PM

Requirements:

• Curriculum Planning: Developing and organizing a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and objectives. This includes selecting textbooks, creating lesson plans, and deciding on the scope and sequence of topics to be covered.
• Instruction: Delivering effective classroom instruction, lectures, and laboratory experiments to teach students the fundamental concepts of physics. This may involve using various teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Assessment: Designing and conducting assessments such as quizzes, tests, and exams to evaluate students' understanding of the subject matter. Grading assignments and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their performance.
• Resource Management: Managing resources, including textbooks, laboratory equipment's, etc.. Ensuring that all resources are available and properly maintained.
• Technology Integration: Incorporating technology into the teaching process, such as using computer simulations, interactive software, and online resources to enhance learning.
• Individualized Support: Providing extra help and support to students who are struggling with the subject, either through one-on-one tutoring or by offering additional resources and study materials.
• Professional Development: Continuously updating their knowledge of physics and teaching methods through workshops, seminars, and coursework. Staying informed about advancements in the field.
• Communication: Maintaining open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Keeping parents informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Safety: Ensuring the safety of students.
• Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information for reporting and administrative purposes.
• Professionalism: Demonstrating professionalism and ethical behavior in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Innovation: Exploring innovative teaching methods and approaches to make the subject more engaging and relevant to students.
